Scott is a management consultant helping businesses introduce, develop & improve their management systems and product standards to comply with UK rules and regulations – so important as they change after Brexit.   With 25 years’ experience at BSI (the British Standards Institute, part of the global ISO network) where he served as a Client Manager and Lead Assessor, Scott’s expertise include quality, environmental, health & safety as well as  energy management systems. He offers combined and integrated support with product standards (kitemarks) and preparation for audits as well as help improving business performance and resilience.

Dr. Holger Siemons, new associate at S3UK for executive education

Holger is a cross-cultural management and leadership expert. He is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Northampton and visiting professor at universities in Austria, Germany, Spain and Vietnam – the latter a country he has a passion for and spends several months there each year. He previously worked with Deutsche Telekom in the CEO’s Office, and has undertaken consulting assignments with both the European and the Indo-German Chambers of Commerce as well as large corporate clients such as Accenture and Siemens. Holger holds a PhD (University of Delhi) and an MBA (Newcastle University). An innovative trainer, he employs learner-centred and self-reflective learning approaches.
