New initiatives in business teaching

We recently re-connected with the first ever institution where S3’s business teaching experience started, i.e., ICIL in Barcelona.

We were asked to record a total of 12 short videos in English on a wide array of topics, from sourcing to negotiations and emerging markets. The videos are now available on ICIL’s new online training platform: the Supply Chain Talent Network.

We also offered a new webinar session for the MBA program at UNIVALI, the Universidade do Vale do Itajaí, in Brazil.

On this occasion the (Spanish language) session was focused on intercultural business management in China.

Another renewal was our collaboration with the Barcelona Campus of La Salle, where once again we offered the English language seminar on ‘Outsourcing Projects in Asia’, for the students in the Master’s Program in Project Management, the institution’s flagship academic program.

On the other hand, a 100% new (as well as international) cooperation was the webinar on ‘Purchasing Operations in China’ for the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada in Colombia.

This turned out to be a very interesting experience, with hopefully a certain level of continuity, initially online, in the medium term maybe on campus as well.

For the well-recognized ESERP Business and Law School we offered once again the module on ‘Global Markets’, as part of the institution’s Master’s Program in Marketing and Commercial Management.

Finally, we renewed our collaboration with the Barcelona Campus of Geneva Business School, offering, among others, our own ‘flagship course’ on Global Sourcing for the students of the Bachelor’s program in International Management.
