New initiatives in business teaching

Although S3 has been collaborating with the Barcelona Campus of the Geneva Business School for years, the quantitative leap seen this term has been considerable. On this occasion we will teach a total of five subjects (divided between the Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes), specifically:
  • Fundamentals de International Trade (B)
  • International Trade Theories (B)
  • Global Dimensions of Business (B)
  • Operations Management (B)
  • Supply Chain and Operations Management (M)
The main lines of this set of courses are – logically – at the crossroads of the activities of S3 itself:
  • International trade
  • Supply Chain Management
We hope that these subjects will once again arouse the interest of the (already international) GBS student body in these topics, which are so much in the spotlights lately. https://gbsge.com

This time of the year usually involves a renewed collaboration with the Belgian institution Thomas More University College, located in the historic town of Mechelen in Flanders. In contrast with other years, this time we also start offering our course on ‘Global Sourcing’ here, which has already been taught at other European universities and business schools.  www.thomasmore.be
At OBS Business School, the world’s largest online business school in Spanish, our presence continues to grow, this time with the delivery of a workshop specialising in ‘The last mile: the challenge of future supply chains’, as part of the Master in Strategic Operations Management and Innovation.

Within the same OBS Business School, the workshops focused on ‘Business Protocol in China’ have been offered again, within the context of both the Executive MBA and the Global MBA, some of the most recognised programmes of the institution. https://www.obsbusiness.school

Finally, with Spain’s EAE Business School, a wide range of final undergraduate projects are being supervised, covering topics as varied as virtual reality, C2C sales apps for clothing and footwear and the opening of beauty salons in Montenegro. www.eae.es
