MIXO vending

From training to practice -> MIXO: the business venture of a former IQS student

With S3 Group having an entrepreneurial spirit in its DNA and also given our often-cited training activities, it is pretty much unavoidable to mention here the business venture set up by one of our former students of the International Trade course at IQS, Ramon Llull University, in Barcelona.

Martín Cohen, originally from Uruguay, like so many other people of his age, got sick and tired having to queue endlessly at events, festivals and the like, just to be able to order a drink…

And so, he started thinking about solutions, creating MIXO, a mixture (pun intended) between a vending machine and a cocktail bar, with the capacity to serve one long drink every 15 seconds.

Since we found the idea so attractive and its creator so full of ambition, but with obvious gaps in operational experience, S3’s team was happy to provide Martín with some sourcing support and advice, with the intention to give him a little push forward with this excellent initiative.
