Adrian has just been appointed to the Members’ Council of the UK’s influential Employee Ownership Association (EOA). Established over 40 years ago, the EOA has over 700 members, with many large companies such as the John Lewis Partnership. The University of Northampton is a Supporter Member of the EOA, undertaking research into this fast-growing business format.
In 2018 the EOA launched a high-impact publication, the ‘Ownership Dividend‘, explaining the relevance of employee-owned organisations in the UK.
