In direct connection with the news of the establishment of S3 Shanghai (see the ‘STRATEGIC Sourcing Solutions’ section), two new professionals have also been recruited to strengthen the team.

Firstly, Caroline Nie has joined the team as the new Sourcing Executive.

Caroline is a professional with over 10 years’ experience in international trade, specialising in sourcing, sales and client management in international settings.
She has worked with platforms such as Alibaba and Made-in-China, combining commercial skills with digital marketing and global negotiation. Throughout her career, she has achieved strong sales results and has been actively involved in trade fairs and market development.

She stands out for her organised, proactive and results-oriented approach, as well as her ability to manage international relations and work under pressure.

With a degree in international trade from West Anhui University and experience in team coordination, she brings a comprehensive and practical approach to internationalisation and supply chain projects.

We wish Caroline the very best of luck in this new chapter of her career!

Secondly, Tusing Hu has strengthened the team in a key area: factory audits and quality control inspections.

Tusing is a professional with over 20 years’ experience in quality, production and international trade, specialising in manufacturing supervision and supplier management in industrial settings. He is a graduate of Anhui University and is noted for his expertise in standards such as ISO 9001 and regulations such as RoHS and REACH, as well as for his ability to solve problems and optimise production processes.

Throughout his career, he has held key roles in inspection, product development and continuous improvement, working with international teams and bringing a technical, structured and results-oriented approach to quality management and the supply chain.

We wish Tusing the very best of luck in this new chapter of his career!
