Construction of the new Beijing airport (‘Daxing’)

The construction of the new Beijing airport ('Daxing') has been completed and following the testing phase, it will be operational in September 2019. It will have a capacity of 100 million passengers (similar to the current airport, 'Capital', which it will complement) with a maximum of 300 movements per hour.
