Coinciding with the Chinese New Year celebrations, whilst the team in Shanghai enjoyed a well-deserved break, the first S3 Spain Summit took place in Spain.
It was an internal conference designed to reflect on S3’s development, analyse its current situation and jointly define the strategic direction for the coming years.
Based on clear objectives — evaluating the past, understanding the present and planning for the future — the aim was to emphasise the importance of team spirit and a positive atmosphere throughout the meeting.
The programme combined a visit to one of the company’s key clients (Parfums Saphir), individual presentations, operational discussions, a talk on artificial intelligence by Prof. Dr M.A. García Madurga, and social activities, all delivered in a participatory and informal setting.
All of this served to reinforce the collaborative spirit that defined this ‘unconventional convention’.
