At S³ Group, we have taken a further step forward in our internationalisation strategy with the launch of S³ Shanghai, our new subsidiary in China, thereby strengthening our direct presence in the world’s largest industrial hub.
This initiative, the legal and administrative preparations for which date back to the summer of 2025, is in line with our objective of bringing customers and manufacturers even closer together and improving our service, whilst consolidating a sourcing model with local operational control.
With this new structure, we are improving our agility, transparency and efficiency in procurement management, whilst also optimising communication with suppliers and strengthening our monitoring of production and quality.
This development is underpinned by the creation of a local team specialising in sourcing, supplier management and quality control, which combines Chinese talent with our European know-how, thereby strengthening our value proposition. Our direct presence in China is key to offering a more personalised and reliable service, in line with our commitment to ensuring quality, speed and control at every stage of the process.
The opening of S³ Shanghai represents a significant step forward in our ability to connect global markets, facilitating links between Asia, Europe and other regions in which we operate.
