The aforementioned Jessé Souza, the company's commercial agent in the State of São Paulo, was commissioned by the local company Prosocks to carry out an extensive factory audit.
The Brazilian company, which sells more than 6 million socks a year, needed this trust service after entering into business dealings with a manufacturer in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China.
The order was implemented in less than a week, creating a very complete report, including images of the different sections of the production, each dedicated to a specific phase of the production process. The quality department and the logistics department were also verified.
