For a well-known customer with business activities in Latin America we recently handled a first order for a ‘new’ product, new at least to the S3 sourcing team.
This was a delivery of four golf carts, assembled by a leading manufacturer in central China, destined for the Dominican Republic.
The factory, which produces even larger models for amusement parks and resorts, but also smaller vehicles for the Chinese security forces, has extensive expertise with this type of product.
The pictures give an idea of the type of products involved and it shows part of the inspection, which was carried out on site by Sarah Zhi, manager of the S3 Group's Shanghai office. If the vehicles of the first delivery are well received, an extension of these units delivered so far is not out of the question.
