
As the S3 team was substantially expanded during the year 2024 (a process that is not yet complete, as we will discuss in future editions of the Newsletter), this year is the ‘acid test’ for several of the new recruits.
We believe that it is essential for the Western team to discover the Chinese market first-hand, to visit the suppliers that manufacture the products of their respective clients and, of course, to meet the S3 team in Shanghai, their day-to-day colleagues, but at a distance.
After the first trip to China by Javier Muñoz, who is based in Zaragoza, this time it was Anna Poch, based in Barcelona, who for the first time discovered the country.
And just like Javier, Anna had a great experience and was undoubtedly strengthened for her technical sales role with S3 customers.


Due to the wide range of products that S3 manufactures for Anna Poch’s specific customers, she undertook a very varied tour of China, visiting suppliers in Shanghai, Chongqing, Ningbo and Guangzhou, so she got to know very different regions on this first trip.
